CASA Bike Ride

The 2nd annual Quartz Mountain Diamondback 100 will be held August 1, 2009
in Altus, Oklahoma. This is an excellent opportunity for families to spend
together in a healthy activity while also supporting a commendable
organization. Proceeds from the ride will be donated to support the local
CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for children) agency who gives a
voice to abused children within the court.

The ride will begin and finish at the Altus city reservoir. There will be a
100 mile, 65 mile and 30 mile ride through the scenic flatlands of Southwest
Oklahoma. There will also be a 10 mile family fun ride around the Altus
reservoir.

The ride will begin at 7 am and will transit the communities of Altus,
Martha, Granite, Quartz Mountain State Park, Blair and Friendship.

SAG and medical support will be provided for all participants. Rest stops
will offer drinks/fruit every 10 miles throughout the routes.

Bring the entire family and enjoy the beautiful Quartz Mountain State Park
area for the day or for the whole weekend. Early registration will guarantee
a tee-shirt the day of ride.
